My Favorite Workout (and soon to be yours!)

Hi guys! I hope your day is off to a great start. I started my day off with one of my favorite workouts: HIIT. Never heard of HIIT? Let me give you a short description... 

HIIT stands for High Intensity Interval Training, usually with 30/10 intervals. You give your absolute all, 100% effort, for 30 seconds, and then you get a 10 second break.
