Parmesan Rosemary Popcorn: The Perfect Holiday Movie Snack

Hey, friends! I hope your Monday was a good one. Can you believe that Thanksgiving is this Thursday?! The holiday season has really snuck up on us!

I've been watching WAY too many Christmas movies on the Hallmark channel recently. I absolutely love cheesy Christmas movies where everything turns out the way it's supposed to be. It makes me smile! It's the simple things, right?

With all of the Christmas movies we'll all be watching from now until Christmas day, it's nice to have a healthy movie snack to munch on! Popcorn is high in fiber and low in calories, making it the perfect choice. You can eat a pretty good amount of popcorn without "breaking the calorie bank" so it's great for munching on throughout those long Christmas movies. Don't get me wrong, if you're buying the pre-made popcorn packets that are filled with butter and sodium, you're not doing yourself any favors in terms of your health. BUT making homemade popcorn is seriously SO easy and you're able to control exactly how much of each topping you put on.

With that being said, I've experimented a little bit with some popcorn recipes, and I think I found the PERFECT combination...
