ABOUT THE BLOG:
Joyfully Jenna is all about standing tall (being the best version of yourself), wearing a crown once in awhile (because why not treat yourself?), and always staying sweet on the inside. I hope that I'll be able to deliver some of those components through the content on Joyfully Jenna.
I love sharing my passion for health and wellness, so you'll see a good amount of exercise-based posts and healthy recipes on here to help you to "stand tall", but Joyfully Jenna is just a "life blog," meaning some fashion, my two pugs, and some crafting will show up from time to time to add some sweetness into the mix (and who knows, maybe a pug in a crown will show up too :P).
I'm a firm believer in leading a balanced lifestyle, which means that although I'll focus on healthy food and exercising, I still believe in indulging in a glass of wine (or two) with friends or your favorite dessert (brownie sundaes, anyone?!)
ABOUT THE BLOGGER:
My name is Jenna Ferguson and I'm a Health Coach, I received my certificate through the University of Delaware, where I also graduated with a Masters of Science in Health Promotion. I love working up a sweat with a HIIT workout, clearing my mind with a run, or riding my bike with friends and family. I taught group fitness classes during my time in graduate school, and love sharing workouts I've created and motivating people to get more active! I also love to cook and bake, and I hope that you'll find the (mostly) healthy recipes that I share as delicious as I do! Crafting is also one of my favorite things to do, so be on the lookout for some DIYs on here :)
